Everytime I deal with circuit city, it's a hassle. Customer relations doesn't respond, they are out of stock on ad items. and the store managers are not experienced enough to deal with a retail operation that big. This is based on a few different experiences I have had, and not just a random trashing. Maybe others have had good experiences.........fine, they can shop there. All is IMHO!!!
