Lola, The first PR was put out by the buying party. "Cel-Sci Acquisition" Read it carefully, a six year old could write better than that. After the PR Cel-Sci halted trading. Then announced that they weren't sure if the offer was legit. My question is, why didn't they mention whether or not they were even considering it, rather that they had to check to make sure it was OK with the SEC. This looks like a real scam to me. I can't believe anyone would buy into this. V EDit:BV beat me to it. PR newswire really should be more responsible tho. V
