Larry and BWAC I hate to interrupt your diatribe with facts, but, for your current viewpoint to be accurate, it DOES matter when and who was re-priced. The executive staff (including this writer) have never had their options re-priced...either in 1994, 1995, 1996,1997, 1998 or 1999. So, BWAC, the facts don't stand up for you on this case. You need to stay with fantasy. It works better for you.
