Two conference calls ago, Sigma hinted indirectly they were doing some R&D work with AOL. Nobody has yet taken credit for the decode capability with TiVo or AOL, so PR flaunting, or lack thereof, is a non-issue at this point. No PR release has ever confirmed that Sigma took Creative from Cube, at Creative's insistence, I'm told, yet the reviewers know that it's REALmagic Inside. To dismiss Sigma out of hand could prove foolish. Perhaps the issue will come up at the Q2 conference call Monday after the close. I'm looking for revenues of $14.3M and EPS of $0.035, exceeding Sigma's previously announced targets.
