I think raising reserve requirements would dry up free reserves, wouldn't it?

Fleckenstein mentioned that the Fed provided liquidity today by a "coupon pass". I'll have to ask him what that one is. Coupon passes, repurchase agreements, matched trades, you need a playbook for all this stuff.
