It takes nothing for AMD. Same goes for L2 cache SRAMs.
Elmer just generates engles and fudded the water.
AMD uses of-the-shelf SDRAM from Mitsubishi, Motorola,
SEC, etc. The chipset is fabbed in Taiwan's foundries.
