I'd never heard of it, but here's the info: microsoft.com "The Microsoft© Commercial Internet System (MCIS) 2.5 brings a full-featured, Internet standards-based solution to Commercial Service Providers (CSPs), such as Internet and online service providers, telephone and cable network operators, and communities of interest that provide software services. MCIS offers a suite of powerful and highly integrated applications for deploying virtual private networks and roaming solutions, hosting advanced Internet, intranet, and commerce-enabled Web sites, and deploying rich communication services, including mail, news, and conferencing." So it doesn't sound like it's something different than the Tiger video servers that they'll deploy for AT&T in a few test markets.
