Ice, I agree they are committed to the curremt route vis-a-vis the country stores. One hopes they will level the field soon. People get around the use tax by paying cash and having it shipped to gas stations etc so that a subpoena cannot find them They sure do not use their VISA cards. On $5000 fur coats from NJ to NY there is a big saving.
I am not sure if they can grab records from another state unless the states co-operate.
