I'll get details from the company and report back. I traffic in facts and can distinguish spin. If BRCD is putting out verifiably false information to major buy and sell siders and his top drawer networking colleagues (and I certainly give Greg the benefit of the doubt that he did NOT do this at Network Universe this week, until proven otherwise), then it is the kiss of death for them.

So I'll get them staight, and would bet heavily that they will pan out intact, since it would be political suicide and a tremendous legal liability for them otherwise.
