SIW, interesting analysis you present and, up through Friday, I could agree is correct. From Monday on, though, when I started following the stock, things get a bit shaky in your presentation.

First, you say that TJ allegedly emailed his followers to get in on IMAA.

Reality: He did.

Secondly, you cite two Raging Bull posts to show that others were on to the stock already.

Reality: Did you notice that one of your citations was TJ himself doing a hype? ragingbull.com

Additionally, you mention that other groups and individual momentum players were also in the stock, diminishing TJ's role.

Reality: I did discover two other major IRC daytrading groups that were pushing it (in addition to the Equity Alert tout site you mentioned) but all were after TJ and reactive. Many rapidfire daytraders use his calls as a bellwether (as long as they can get in and out quickly). If you could have listened in on TJ during his rant on IMAA as I did you would probably be shocked by the depths of depravity, deception, and megalomania to which he sinks to whip up a frenzy in the troops. He was indeed the primary tout for the stock this week. In fact today, you could not talk about anything else, without getting booted.

Finally, you chide Anthony for initiating a short position at 7 when the stock closed at 8 1/2 as if somehow that reveals an inaccuracy in the call.

Reality: If anything the entry was perfect considering the trading and volume in the stock at that moment. Anthony's initial position is almost always below 20% of allocated funds for any particular stock. He subsequently hit it at several other price points, even above the close.

Further, I would guess that Anthony is short this stock less than 50% of his intended position. He would like nothing better than for this stock to flirt with double digits tomorrow to complete his position but probably realizes, like I do, that in ain't going to happen. There is no way to initiate a short position on the way down so you have to start somewhere. This is the type of stock he is almost never wrong about. That Sky Alland PR is almost a template from his class on how to write a scam PR. Don't be deceived by his obvious vendetta against TJ that his judgement on this is somehow clouded. When Anthony sees a volume spin, believe it. Today there was a volume spin.

Anyway, Good Luck! If you are right you get to come back and gloat. If you're wrong you are only out 500 shares. Just wanted you to be aware of the odds on this one.   :-)

Disclaimer: I am short this stock (probably a little more percentage-wise but less dollar wise than Anthony). Though he speaks for himself, I am also a free thinking ally of his.

Best,
Jimmy Liberato
