More bad news from Africa.

Zambia: The Post quotes from an Economist article stating 50% of Zambians will die from AIDS.

The Zambia Daily Mail has an article that the Ministry of Agriculture is beginning a programme on AIDS education because the AIDS pandemic is affecting so many ag workers (predominantly women in Africa) that corn (maize) production is down.

The Times of Zambia editorializes that the death rate is so bad, that the only hope is in Jesus and that all readers should review their relationship with God.

All of these articles appeared this am.

South Africa: I knew it was coming, I just didn't know it was coming this fast. The SA govt has told the mining companies to produce more metal and hire more workers. If they don't do so, the gov't will seize their assets.

So now we understand Anglo. They have moved to London, invested in Australia, etc. etc., because they realize the SA govt will eventually nationalize their assets and redistribute their wealth to the black majority.

It's worked well all the way from Nigeria to Zimbabwe right?
Why not all the way to the Cape?
