This will be read by all thin client manufacturers including BND. Remember, If you are a USA public company (WYSE is not) I probably have a position on your stock. Hello to all of you!!! Have a great day----We love you all and we are having a great month!!!

To: Boundless Stockholders
From: Oscar L. Smith

Approximately two years ago I invested in BND stock at $2.50 per share or $25.00 value after the reverse stock split. I invested because I not only wanted to REWARD my employees but add value to my company in the future. I also invest in other vendors for the same reason. Some of my employees and friends in Kansas City have also invested in BND. This represents 4% or more of BND stock. Today the stock is less than $4.00 per share (38-39 Cents to me) THIS TELLS YOU HOW MUCH I KNOW ABOUT STOCKS. I have every reason to still believe in this company because: They have great products (as all my vendors do), great engineering, lots of fine people but something is needed----therefore------this should cause some interest.

The Big "O" would like any stockholder, now or future, to a meeting in Kansas City, (Great Steaks), by the end of the year. (Dec 12,1999.) If any of you would like to attend please E Mail me at osmith@ucsicorp.com to discuss what we might be able to do to increase stockholders value and add to our influence at Boundless. I have every confidence that Boundless has GREAT POTENTIAL and I want the stockholders to be heard and Boundless to respond.

This should get some "talk on the thread!"---but I am serious.

Interested--respond

BIG "O"
