>>NASDAQ: any idea of a time frame, like a best guess as to which quarter?<<
It seems that they were close to NASDAQ a while ago, but the deal did not materialize to their liking so they backed away. So, as a result it now may take a few more months before it happens. At their AGM, there was a slide that read something like . . . 1999 promise - NASDAQ. However, I think that we should understand that that could mean many things. Could that be that they set up a NASDAQ listed holding company - possibly through a shell or as a result of a partnership with a NASDAQ listed company? Or could it be fiscal 99? If it is to happen, then my guess is that it will be in the 4th Quarter. BWTHDIK!
>>OPTIONS: any details available yet?<<
Are you referring to when CALL or PUT options will be available on this stock? If so, then I really don't know. My guess would be that these would come out when the share price is much higher than it is now, and when they are trading on another exchange.
>>I have been biding my time, to add to my position. Looks like now is as good as it will get (imho). I suggest that a NR for this most recent quarter's revenues - were it to show a decline in revenues - it could cause further weakness in the stock - but I would regard that, again, as a further buying opportunity.<<
Don, you may be correct, however I caution you to look at the risk reward ratio here. Say, the Q revenues do show a weaker revenue contribution. Remember this would in part be due to their shifting gears to more higher margin activities. Now think about how much lower this could go. $.25?, $.50? etc. vs just how far do you think that it could rise if tomorrow they announced some big news such as a kick ass revenue deal, etc.. Or if they used this Q result time to announce that one of their pilot projects is now moving to the revenue stage, or that they have received support for their plans from one of the tier one firms that they have talked about, etc.. If this happens, then I can see the stock double almost immediately. Now I for one would love to see this happen as I believe that it would wake many people up to dig deeper into what is happening here. I am confident that once that happens, the support for the stock will firm up, and it will give the company the base they need to really accelerate their plans.
>>NSI's STOCK PLACEMENT - since I haven't seen a NR on this, is it a done deal?<<
A number of months ago, the company pulled their $5 million Private Placement offering after receiving just over $1 million. They did this because they felt that they were being asked to sell a stake in the company at a lower price than what they felt the company was worth.
Don, I hope this helps!
