Don't bet on getting a fair shake. Insiders held a huge position previously and with the Techcorp deal are picking up more shares.

I never did get a copy of the valuation report for techcorp but my own analysis can't come close to giving a company with basically only one customer and a huge asset base from development expenses the valuation arrived at.

I to have sold my shares and will be unlikely to re enter. The industry has plenty of other targets with more upside.
