Sanchez Announces Global Marketing Agreement with Compaq
MALVERN, Pa., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanchez Computer Associates, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCAI) today announced the signing of a Global Marketing and Distribution Agreement with Compaq Computer Corporation which pairs the leading-edge technology of Sanchez's PROFILE(R) family of software products with Compaq's market strength as a leader in the hardware industry and as a systems integrator.
Under the agreement, Compaq will market and sell Sanchez's PROFILE products worldwide. To support this expanded relationship, selected Compaq sales personnel will undergo training in the use of Sanchez software and may also assume responsibility for the installation of the PROFILE system for joint customers. Additionally, Compaq Services will provide technical support as well as interface and integration services to mutual clients.
