MM: India does not have adequate eCommerce laws in place at the moment,however the modalities are being worked out right now and should be implemented very soon.So the answer would be No,online trading as we know it in the U.S is not available yet but you can interact with the broker,place buy/sell orders etc via their website. Here are some of the brokers that I have come across on the web,there are more but I don't have the urls handy.If you are interested you can contact them and get the information regarding all this.
