Gorski!!! Hope you are lurking around out there.

For the rest of you...got another email from a lurker yesterday. Sure alot of the more consistent thread members have the same experience and probably got the same email from this lurker.

Gorski is thinking about parking a LARGE chunk of change in our baby here and wanted some opinions on the current present state of the company. I will gladly oblige with my opinions and encourage others to do the same.

First....a disclaimer. While I do assist the company from time to time I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE, CONSULTANT OR OTHERWISE FORMALLY AFFILIATED WITH ECNC other than as a supportive and active investor. I have no contract, agreement or understanding with the company or Tom to do anything. Tom has indicated to me just recently his desire to reward me at some point for actual positive results I have produced for the company...and if that ever happens (as it did with JM Hollen) I will be sure to fully disclose it here and on RB. Regardless...I do not do what I do in expectation of any reward other than appreciation of the price of the stock I have purchased. 'Nuf said.

Boy...that was a pain and I apologize for dumping it on you...but I doe NOT want to take any chances here when someone is asking me about my opinion on whether to invest a LARGE chunk of change in this company. I AM NOT A STOCK OR INVESTMENT ADVISOR. DO YOUR OWN DD, I did mine and made my own decisions. I expect NO LESS from any of you.

Now...I would encourage Gorski to read up on the past PR's, get a SOLID handle on where this company has come from and where it indicates it is going, understand that we are cash poor still, revenues are JUST starting to come in and should grow alot in the coming months. This time next year we should all anticipate a HUGE difference in cash flow and earnings.

The company is in the best position it has ever enjoyed. Lots of good stuff coming together. I will not beat it to death here again as it is all in the last 1000 posts and well summarized on the DD Central thread. Go find out for yourself and make up your own mind. This is just my opinion.

The company is starting to shed some negatives but they are not yet gone. Shorts still a concern but diminishing. ALOT of weak hands popping in and popping out stifling any chance we have had of late to bust out and start a fresh upward trend. They are shaking out and I am glad to see them go. Cash flow is starting where before it only flowed out. Financing and real backing to develope the company's ideas and marketing should be coming soon. Without it we can not move forward. If you are weak at all...do us all a favor and wait on financing to come in as you will otherwise be dissapointed with the stock price until them, jmho.

I personally think the current stock price is a steal. A couple of us took a shot at future predictions of stock price this week and I stand by mine still. But those are JUST predictions. I would have NEVER thought we would be where we are today when I started buying back many moons ago at .75, eh?! Still happy with my purchase. Just wish I had known as I would own a HELL of alot more if I had waited. LOL

Good luck with your DD and decision. If you are convinced to go long (at least a year or more) then I welcome you heartily. Otherwise...go day trade and momo play somewhere else. ECNC is not for you.
