Gus, You can't compare the Russian mafia to the Bosnian Government. The Russian mafia is a global organization with hugh potential. The Bosnian Government is a finanical basket case. One Billion dollars is about 5X the GDP of the nation. I know you keep worshipping these Muslim clowns as the new harbingers of peace and freedom in the Balkans but the fact of the matter is that they are intollerant, radical, violent jerks.
