Wayne, I'll try and fish the Washington Post article out of my recycle bin before it's too late and I'll post a summary if successful. I agree that MSFT cannot afford to just let these guys claim to be certified and probably would like a test case, if they know they can win. I'm an attorney, and that last part is crucial -- there will be reluctance on MSFT's part to fully prosecute the case because if they lose (and there is a chance they could), the floodgates open. Many times companies are reluctant to follow through on an obvious winning case for that very reason. Either way, though, the uncertainty of the dispute will beat down this stock.
