... i don't know yet if this is available on the web, but bloomberg news service today (monday) released a lengthy news story on pjtv. it's a reasonably solid article dealing with the company's long-delayed marketing plans, its overly optimistic and misleading announcements of previous years, and its current legal battles with dolgoff.
... almost all of the info in the article has been touched on in previous posts on this thread, but there are some disturbing statements that might be new to some. for example: in the recently unsealed court documents relating to the dolgoff suit, the company stated, "it would, quite obviously, swiftly bankrupt projectavision" if the receiver were given too much power. the receiver's job will be defined as early as this week by a N.Y. supreme court judge. then comes the trial.
... also, the article says a fraud suit by shareholders seeking class-action status is still pending against the company, its directors, and dolgoff. this suit apparently stems from claims pjtv made several years ago about its licensing arrangements -- claims that drove the stock price above $16 in 1993.
