OPTIONS: no, my question is, do you have any idea of the exercise prices at which options have been /will be granted to management "in lieu of increased remuneration"? to reiterate my thoughts, I like this idea/method of remuneration very much. DELL and MS are 2 examples of majors who grew by attracting superior management and development people this way ( granting of great option benefits). STOCK OFFER: I do recollect that prior news, I was trying to ascertain when they will be issuing stock at $3.50. TIMING: yes, now is right. Cheers, Don.
