Sorry, but as a rule of thumb lawsuits like this alleging slander and such do not impress me. Remember BRE-X? Just about the last official act that board of directors took was to file such a suit against a handful of message board posters who warned there was no gold in them thar Borneo fields. There was another one against the Arizona Bureau of Mines, too. These are like SLAP suits, designed to intimidate or for public relations. If lawsuits like this could be sold short there would be fortunes to be made. Meanwhile, back at the real ranch what kind of BUSINESS progress is WCTI making?
