Martin, the 1996 10-K had to be filed electronically today, March 31. When I talked to Bill about another matter this afternoon, he said that they had just completed it. I don't know if they plan a press release. The December 31 financials are still going to look ugly (my opinion). Bill wants to get the 1st quarter 10-Q out as fast as possible so that the pattern of financial progress will be very clear. Accountants were already working on it last week. Expect it sometime in the last half of April.
