Sloppy, I can't answer your second two questions, but as for your first question, People didn't sell 3 million shares yesterday. In fact at least two thirds of yesterday's trading, if not more appeared to be buying. The stock was very strong moving up to .09 before some late day selling came in. The MMs naturally used the selling to their advantage and fled the bid price. This naturally caused panic selling among those trading the stock. RCJIII
