Well it appears that Morrell, saw just enough to take a few ideas and run. Look for MIOA to be a .com soon.
Probably figured the company could be worth more with out the AESI deal.
After hearing the conference call when they announced the merger did'nt Morrell say the " combination of AESI and MIOA" was a powerful one or that it was a match made in heaven. Just thoughts and ramblings......here at the home !
