JAS, SCHS: Don't worry too much about missing it. It's not easy stepping under a falling knife like that. The volume was too large to ignore and with the amount of divergence in the short stuff, all those IHS breakouts had to be a buy signal for a quickie. NEOM: Look at the chart!!!! (from at least mid-'97) Sheesh. Besides that...it's a project stock for this week about to break over Friday's close on heavy volume....like CYBX did (even though CYBX was from an earlier project week). Doug R
