VALENCIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 19, 1999--Air Packaging Technologies
(OTC BB: AIRP) is pleased to announce that it has filed its Form 10 to be a reporting
company under the Securities & Exchange Act of 1934.
The Company became effective as a reporting company on July 17, 1999, and the Securities and Exchange Commission
cleared the Company's Form 10 filing on July 30, 1999. The Company is now registered under the 1934 Act and will be filing
all required reports.
