Jim it's not imporant to think about what greenspan will go or won't do. The 20 Bond aveage has had us on defense on interest rates since February 4 and that has not changed. If he raises rates then that continues to show the 20 Bond average was dead right. The action on rates should have been taken in February. Watch the money supply. Greenspan might flash the lights that the party is over but if he doesn't take the punch bowl away he really doesn't want you to leave the party. Tom
