Then exercise your right to vote against the merger then!
This is not the time for merger in a depressed market. In a recovering bull market there would be bigger fish then ASND that would fall over themselves trying to acquire CASCADE. CSCC has market share. I've known acquired (manipulated) companies to have deliberate write downs /bad earnings reported. They must have offered the CEO of Cascade one hell of a packaged/sweetened deal to get his vote!
