At this point YES. If the "Powers That Be" would only leave the damn thing alone...Invest it wisely and stop diverting the dividends to the General Fund and onto the World Bank, the American Taxpayer, Helpless and Elderly would be much safer dont you agree??? The alternative is too frightening to even think about...I sure am happy that Robert Ball, one of the pioneer framers of the SS system under the guidance of FDR is at the age of 85 still very active in the protection of this system... SD
