Do you think that it could be that cooler heads are prevailing and actually working out the issues, as everyone expects them to? btw, I did read your message but after this: "-they now find a mishmash of mixed equipment that they are trying to form into a network. -their present hardware ( ATM + routers) and software, based on the recent WCOM debacle , can't handle the job. -they must already know that from previous pre-testing signals, ( WCOM has had previous failures ). -so they may be thinking now that before they ship a truckload to another telco, they better make sure this thing works and that millions of people are not left stranded in mid - air again. -ergo the back log."
