I2, you are correct and a drop of 1/4 point in long rates is nothing to sneeze about but the Dow just basically reached a new high and a while ago we thought 6% might be a disaster at these valuations. I wouldn't go crazy now because we had a brief spike close to 6.30 and are now back to 6%. Yes a sustained drop back to let's say 5.75% may give stocks another leg up other factors being OK but if 6% looked very dangerous on the way up I'm not yet ready to jump for joy at a brief drop to 6% on the way down
