Do me a favor. I started this thread, and I asked for an effort, in the first post, to stay on topic. I am now asking you to not post again unless you can make an on-topic contribution.

I try to keep a few threads clean here, and I believe that it has resulted in a successful and profitable experiment for many contributors. Please respect that effort.
