In general I agree with two of your statements:

But, to base criticism or make claims based on broad international first hand experience or a history of experience and then decline to state in what capacity that experience took place (occupation) it then does become relevant. We have heresay v. "facts" (such as they are.)

No, sorry. I agree with a third statement:
