Yes, I generally agree with you on the interest rate issue. After increasing from 4.7% to 6.3%, a drop to just under 6% is not earth shaking. It is, however, a step in the right direction, and you were looking "to say something good about the market."

If interest rates don't work, how about this: Bob's still recommending 100% investment. He's been correct for a long time. If he's still putting money into the market, it's a good sign, even if it is only a little bit at a time (i.e., dollar cost averaging).
