Not really. The graphics market is already accelerating too fast for newcomers like Intel to catch up, particularly when you have experienced guys like nVidia, 3dfx, Matrox, and S3 already working overtime to outdo each other. That leads to margins that are too small for Intel's stand-alone graphics accelerators, making it a prime candidate for the axe.

Besides, Intel is still integrating graphics for the 810 chipset, as well as for the upcoming Timna. As long as the graphics on these products are faster than those that are normally included in the sub-$800 PC price range, Intel is fine.
