From briefin.com on tomorrow: The three IPOs traders/investors likely to be focusing on tomorrow will be Agile Software (AGIL), LookSmart (LOOK) and MyPoints.com (MYPT); assuming, of course, they actually price...Agile Software (AGIL) is a developer of Web-based content management software for manufacturers. The 3 mln share offering expected to go out between $15-$17, in a deal led by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Primary competitors include Dassault Systemes (DASTY), Structural Dynamics Research (SDRC) Novell (NOVL)... LookSmart (LOOK) is a provider of category-based Internet directory/navigation services. Goldman Sachs serving as lead underwriter of the 9 mln share offering, which is expected to price between $11 and $13. LookSmart is one of the few Internet directories that does not to list pornographic material. Potential secondary plays to this deal include Ask Jeeves (ASKJ) and About.com (BOUT). Traders should note that size of offering is more than double that of the typical Internet IPO... MyPoints.com (MYPT), a provider of customer loyalty and marketing programs, is expected to be sold between $8 and $10 per share. BB Robertson Stephens serving as lead underwriter of the 5 mln share offering. The Internet direct marketer gives consumers the opportunity to earn rewards (such as frequent flyer miles and electronic gift certificates) by responding to online offers.
