NOTE: 10Q shows O/S went to 30,885,100 shares. Assets of $2,252,196 as of 6/30/99 compared to $8,862 as of 12/31/98. Looks like EPS is now (.25). Tom put up 250K of his personal shares to close the Rogel deal....yeah...he is out to screw us all. NOT!!! What a guy! Rogel staff to stay on...good. Reports we are paying down debt now. Not a bad 10Q imho and looking forward to improving financials with Q3 report!!! GO ECNC!!! GO TOM!!!
