I have AT &T service, so I really am getting near the worst of US West service. Though, The many companies on Wadsworth who went with-out phone service for 3 weeks had a bigger problem.

Should I mention how my mother-in-law has been waiting for 4 weeks now for new service(and using a cell phone for everything)?

Is there an entire week anywhere in the Front Range when they have everything working correctly?

You know, it's not just AT&T that complains about their service, many say the PUC is near their monopoly ticket.
