Estimated price range for Agile Software IPO rose $18 to $20

WASHINGTON, Aug 19 (Reuters) - The projected price range for Agile Software Inc.'s initial public offering of 3 million
common shares rose to $18-20 per share from $15-17 per share, the content management software company said Thursday.

Agile, based in San Jose, Calif., now expects to reap $51.5 million in net proceeds based on an assumed initial public offering
price of $19 per share instead of $43.2 million based on an assumed $16 per share price.

The company, whose IPO is tentatively expected to begin Nasdaq trading around Aug. 20 under the ticker symbol
(Nasdaq:AGIL - news), disclosed the higher price range in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The underwriters are Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and Hambrecht & Quist.
