Duration of the quiet period: 20 trading days? tscn.com I took this graph of HLTH, and did a print screen to paste into Word, then cropped and enlarged it. Day 19 of trading (approx March 10) is when the stock price rose about 70%. I think trading day 20 is when the buy recommendations came out. The HLTH chart would suggest buying ICGE on August 30 and selling on September 1st. However, if one is a long-term investor, one might be inclined to buy around the 25th and hold for a period of an entire week. Tom D
