Mark, What does the $95 million cash price MOT is paying for money losing MTWK ($30 million revenue) tell us about the potential value of WIND ? Is the perceived value to be found in the MTWK engineer teams or MTWK's intellectual property, or did MOT feel they needed to buy them before someone else did ? --alan
