The historical hi/lo PE is simply the HIGH and LOW prices for the year divided by the ACTUAL EARNINGS(jan-dec).OF course, you have to speculate 1997 earnings. I was being generous. I reiterate that INTEL's LOW HISTORICAL PE for the past 5 years has been consistently been about 10. What do you think it will be this year?
