Pennies...well if you can stand ETrade's possible outages and relative frustration every now and then they are okay...depends on the day though. ETrash..I mean trade have a Love hate relationship,....they give you decent flexibility with the pennies.... I know how bad WaterHose is, I have a fried suing them now...they are by far one if not the worst broker for pennies and 1st day IPO plays.
