Appreciate the response. My focus is on why the stock price has fallen the way it has. I haven't lost faith in the overall story. Instinct tells me there is massive insider selling going on. I'd like to know why. I also realize more shares are being issued for financing purposes. At what price? How many shares? What is the dilutive effect? It might help to solve the puzzle surrounding the massive selling and drop in share price.
