You are wrong about Sungard, BTW - they will bring liquidity to the system, and use it themselves as a marketing tool. And they are by no means the only participant signed to use the system -- they are the first with a willingness to publicize the relationship because they do not require anonymity to make their relationship to (or use of) VTS a success. One can only imagine some of the names of participants who want anonymity - the company is on record saying that response has exceeded expectations. I think you are dead wrong in your assumptions, just as you have been dead wrong in your predictions regarding the so-called of floorless convertibles from 1998, the so-called "insider sales" from moms and pops with no true inside status, and now your claim that they lack institutional investors, debunked today. Tell me how Rose Glen is not an "institution" and why their willingness to buy $20 Million worth of stock at an average conversion of over $10 per share (and warrants with a $12.50 exercise price) is somehow bad for ATG or further supports your ludicrous argument that it is a pump and dump? Why did they invest $20 Million in a company that you say is about to tank?

The time will come, not too far off, when the big lie you've been pawning off on this message board will be crushed - I'm a patient man - the good news is that the wait is almost over - then you will go back to printing the Felsted's 144's, because that'll be the only thing you have. What a laugh.
