mst, do you know the details of the conversion? To me it seems that the ceiling of the conversion is around $10 or so, but there is a clause that indicates possible scenario where the conversion is lower than that (depending on the then prevailing market price of the common). It would be nice to now the details. If these $20 MM are just another 2 MM shares, I see no big danger, particularly if ATG is starting its operations sometimes this quarter, but if this is a floorless and the market in general drags ASTN with it, the swoon we saw to $5- $6 just few weeks back could be repeated and with vengeance.
