IMO,

The showcase purchase is a smart and necessary move. This will make building ongoing relationships much easier. With the limitations of the Doublecase line, sales were handicapped because the prospective buyer always had to go elsewhere for items outside of the limited scope of Doublecase. Now, after getting in the customers door with case XYZ for a laptop, they will more likely be able to get the second and third sales when the customer needs cases ABC, and jkl, for cameras and accessories. Add to this their increased ability to cater to government needs (they already have relationships established here but were limited again by the narrowness of their line), their already established and exponentially growing online market, and the possibility of hiring some kick ass sales people. Banyan holds 800,000 shares of ANYI. This asset is not reflected on the book value of BANYE. BANYE will become BANY again, although no one can say when the SEC will get them through the comment stage, and get this done. So, what is the value of one share of BANYE? I know what it is selling for but am wondering what you believe it should be selling for taking into consideration the recent filing, company history, future prospects, and anything else you deem pertinent. I think you can guess where I stand. How about all of you?
