Vietnam becomes the fifth Asian country to offer on-line gaming after Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Before the opening of the on-line lottery in Hanoi, the only lottery games authorized in Vietnam used scratch tickets and manual paper. Vietnam lottery authorities estimate total, annual lottery revenues at approximately US $1.2 billion annually. Vietnam's population reached approximately 79 million in 1998.

The Hanoi lottery system gives players two different games to choose from: a daily Lotto 1-2-3, which offers prizes of up to US $21,500, and a weekly Lotto 6x36, similar to Lotto 6-49, which offers a grand prize of more than US $100,000.

Am I the only one that thinks this is great news?
30,100 shares traded today? We aren't going too far with that kind of volume.

I think that we have to get the word out to the masses....
