Dan, I don't look for Bill C. to be announcing the filing of the 10K/Q for 1996. They will not show profitability for 1996, so why bring attention to yourself. However, they may announce it as a preemptive strike so that folks focus on the 1st quarter earnings which will be positive and minimum of .08/share according to Bill Carraway's public statements. It's up to them. I know that they had completed the 10K as of yesterday and that it was about to be electronically filed as per SEC regulations. I assume it is out there and Edgar just hasn't picked it up yet. 1st quarter earnings, as Norman stated, should be out between April 15th and 30th given that no unforseen circumstances arise. Bill wants his 1st quarter earnings available ASAP as it is evident that many of the brokerages that have visited the company want to see the earnings in black & white before committing large amounts of capital to GRNO's stock.
